Our proud company comes from humble beginnings. Founded in 2007, NISIUSA is headquartered in Dallas. We service the downtowns as well as the surrounding suburbs of major cities in Texas such as Dallas-Ft. Worth, Houston, Austin, and San Antonio. Currently, NISI employs 120 workers, 80 of whom are Samsung brand technicians.

We are continuing to hire additional technicians as well as expanding our service coverage areas.

Last year, NISI was awarded the best service company in the US for 2020.

NISIUSA will maintain its in-depth training for its technicians so that they will not only be high skilled in repair but also provide excellent customer care.
